Meadow Outdoor’s Chris Zukin tells us that in 2023 , Meadow was one of the primary sponsors of “The Northwest MuralFest” in The Dalles, Oregon.  Over 230 sign painters from around the world came to The Dalles to paint 15 historic murals in one week.  It was a great success.  In the word of Zukin,”Meadow, like many billboard companies work hard to be good corporate citizens in the markets in which they operate. I believe this is a good example of the community involvement which is so important in our industry for so many reasons.”

Ken Klein the former EVP at the OAAA has written a delightful piece about the Dalles murals titled Remembering the Walldogs.
