Grace Outdoor Advertising is a management company. Grace manages outdoor assets for our owners, partners, individuals, and smaller companies. We even help smaller companies around the Carolinas with their sales and operations. We also created Grace Outdoor Services a few years ago which now handles all of our vinyl installs and maintenance of our signs. Grace Outdoor Services also works with other outdoor companies in the area, servicing their signs, doing removals and fixing digitals. Jacob and team at GOS are certified by OSHA and are trained to work on Watchfire and Formetco digitals.

 As this year comes to a close, what would you consider as a few of the highlights for Grace Outdoor? 

This year at Grace we hit our highest sales amount ever. We were able to add 28 static faces and 6 digital faces to our inventory through management contracts, aquisitions, and greenfield development. Additionally, Diana was appointed to the Board of Directors for the OAAA. Quite an honor.

 How about looking ahead to 2026.  Anything that you have on your watch list?

We have a very exciting year ahead of us. A couple of years ago we formed a development team and that team is hitting its full stride now. We have at least 10 new structures that we are planning on building in 2026. It’s going to be a busy year.

 Since we are all thinking about the Holiday Season, we would love to hear about one of the Stevenson family’s favorite Christmas traditions? 

Hmmm, I can’t think of anything traditional for us except that while we are eating and drinking and enjoying the season you can always find a fire burning in our outdoor fire pit. Many hours with friends and family are spent around a blazing fire. It is and has been a staple of our holidays for many years.
