KS Billboards announces the divestiture of its out-of-home assets in Wichita, Kansas to Lamar Advertising Company.

KS Billboards is a Kansas-based company headed by Kacie Edwards.

Lamar, based in Louisiana, is a leading operator of billboard, interstate logo, transit and airport advertising displays in the United States and Canada.

KALIL & CO., INC. was the Exclusive Broker for KS Billboards for this transaction.
