Scott Carper of Sacramento, CA, passed away at home on November 13, 2025. Andy Goodman fills us in on the details of Scott’s career:
Scott began his career with Outdoor Systems in 1999, remaining with the company through its many transitions until it became CBS Outdoor. He dedicated nearly 15 years to Outdoor Systems/CBS Outdoor, building lasting relationships and a strong reputation in the industry. In recent years, Scott returned to the billboard field and was most recently employed with AGE Advertising LLC in Los Angeles, CA. His colleagues and friends will remember him for his professionalism, loyalty, and warm spirit.
