
Gordon, Ohio – Huntington Billboards is excited to announce the promotion of Chad Hager to Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly created position that reflects the company’s continued expansion and long-term vision. As Huntington grows to become one of the premier privately owned billboard companies in the country, this role will help establish the management structures needed to support its increasing scale and success.
Chad has been a driving force behind Huntington Billboards’ growth over the last several years. As Leasing Manager, he led a team of leasing agents responsible for securing and developing prime locations across 20 states, playing a critical role in strengthening the company’s footprint. His leadership in site acquisition, contract negotiations, and market strategy has helped position Huntington as a dominant player in the out-of-home advertising industry.
Now, as COO, Chad will take on an expanded leadership role, overseeing operations as Huntington continues its rapid growth. With nearly 5,000 billboard displays across 14 states, the company is scaling at an unprecedented pace. Chad’s expertise and strategic vision will be crucial in navigating this next phase of expansion and maximizing new opportunities in an evolving advertising landscape.
In this role, Chad will focus on several key initiatives, including:
- Expanding the Sales Team – Strengthening and growing the sales force to better serve clients and drive revenue.
Enhancing Onboarding & Growth – Streamlining hiring and training processes to accommodate new team members as the company scales. - Elevating Client Experience – Implementing strategies to improve customer service, optimize advertiser satisfaction, and enhance campaign performance.
