Turlock Journal reports that the Turlock Planning commission has tabled discussions on electronic message boards and digital billboards. The commissions is concerned about the following issues:
- Whether to allow on-site only advertising.
- Sign construction parameters.
- Sign Area Allowance.
- Lighting.
- Message frequency.
