Out of home investor Arte Moreno has purchased 14 million more shares of Clear Channel Outdoor stock according to a schedule 13D’s filed with the SEC.  As of yesterday the group owned 10.6% of Clear Channel Outdoor’s common stock with a total investment value of $76 million based on yesterdays price of $1.49.  The investment group, which includes Moreno, William Pope and Verde Capital.  Here’s the group’s ownership position.
