Pacific Outdoor advertising operates a billboard plant in Oregon and Washington  The company was formed in 2015 via the purchase of a billboard plant from Clear Channel Outdoor.  Pacific has over 1000 displays in the Portland DMA and along the I-5 Corridor down to Albany and added an additional 100 displays in the Seattle-Tacoma area via the acquisition of Total Outdoor’s Seattle plant in December 2018.  Dan Dhruva is the company’s General Manager.  Steve Richards is a partner in Pacific Outdoor Advertising.
