Legacy Outdoor was formed by the merger of USA Outdoor and CK Outdoor.  The company owns over 1,200 posters, bulletins and digital billboards in Arkansas,, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota.  The company is owned by the Hilliard family.  In November 2023 Legacy purchased 361 signs in Missouri and Arkansas. The company’s account execs are Sue Pace, Jasmine Ratzlaff, Amber Watson, Megan Wicks, Blaine Kennedy, Mark Walker, Mitchell Tipton and Shirley Rouen.  Billboard Insider talked to Legacy’s CEO Mark S Liljehorn.

What’s new over the past year
Historically, we have been a company that grows through acquisitions rather than organic builds, but over the past year, we have jumped into building some really good locations that our team has found that are selling great! We are looking for solid A+ locations for these new builds and with patience are finding them and it is paying off. In personnel, I am excited to have added an eighth sales rep to the team. Also, Noah Hilliard, our Real Estate Manager transitioned into our Director of Operations seat at the beginning of the year.
