Madison.com reports that a Dane County judge has declined Adams request to delay removal of three Madison, WI billboards while it appeals a decision in which a judge threw out its open meeting lawsuit against Dane County.

Adams sued Dane County after the County refused to approve a lease renewal for three billboards at the Dane County Regional Airport.  Adams alleged the County violated open meeting law and a prohibition on walking quorums.

Adams has 10 days to remove the billboards.
