VENDO Media Acquires Canada Billboards via Share Purchase Agreement

VENDO Media Inc [“VENDO”] has completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Canada Billboards [“CB”].

Canada Billboards operate six [6] digital outdoor billboard faces in Kingston and Windsor, ON. The company additionally has a substantial growth pipeline of leased and permitted sites for digital outdoor billboards, including on federal lands in key regions in Canada.

With the completion of this transaction, VENDO owns and operates eighty-one [81] digital outdoor billboards across Canada; including British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.

This transaction was effective as of July 9, 2025.
