World Out of Home Organization Adds Another 13 New Members

 

The World Out of Home Organization is boosting its membership growth with the addition of another 13 organizations, eight of them from the APAC region, three from Europe and one each from the United States and Africa.

The increased interest from Asia reflects the dynamic growth of OOH in that region, also mirrored by WOO holding its annual Congress in June this year in Hong Kong.

Five of the new members are international or national media owners, four are OOH service providers/suppliers, three are global media agencies and one is a national OOH association.

The new members are:

  • Out Medya — global media agency, Turkey
  • Panout Medya — global media agency, Turkey
  • Guangzhou Metro Media Co — national media owner, China
  • Adtech —OOH service provider/supplier, Singapore
  • AMLI — national association, Indonesia
  • CUZ — a creative media art company, Republic of Korea
  • E Ink Holdings Inc —OOH service provider/supplier, Taiwan
  • Media Department Tokyo Inc — national media owner, Japan
  • Indaba Billboards and Media, national media owner, South Africa
  • Landsec — OOH service provider/supplier, UK
  • DynaScan Display — OOH service provider/supplier, USA
  • Anima Advertising — international media agency, Spain
  • Schiphol Airport — national media owner, Netherlands

WOO Chief Operating Officer Mark Flys says: “Our work in helping members exchange ideas and insights, learn from each other’s  experiences and share best practice in all sectors of the medium is providing real value to the industry and attracting the leading players in every region.”

WOO is also continuing its work in emerging markets with its first in-person Africa Regional Forum, which takes place from March 11-13 in Cape Town, South Africa.
