Here’s a list of the non-executive board directors for Lamar, OUTFRONT and Clear Channel Outdoor.

Clear Channel Outdoor and OUTFRONT pay more to directors than Lamar.

Two Clear Channel directors (Jinhy Yoon and Ted White) work for free.  Yoon is a credit analyst at Pimco Investment Management and is barred from taking compensation.  White represents activist shareholder Legion partners.

Women make up 33% of outside directors at the US out of home companies, in line with the average for the S&P 500.

Minorities account for 13% of outside director positions at US out of home companies versus 25% for all S&P companies.
