Outfront Media filed notice this week with the SEC that their Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held June 12th in New York.
The agenda for the meeting includes a non-binding advisory on the compensation of the Company’s executive officers. Supporting documentation includes details on 2016 -2014 compensation.
As background, Outfront shares their compensation philosophy including the following two exhibits:
And the following Summary Compensation Table for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 provides information on the Executive Officers.
Insiders take: Some quality work is done by the Board’s Compensation Committee and you can read their full report here. Always nice to see that a significant portion of executive compensation be dependent on the Company meeting or exceeding their stated goals. It’s always a pleasure to write bonus checks when everyones priorities are aligned.

Thanks for the good info. I would be very interested to hear what some salespeople compensation packages look like? Is there industry standards for what base salary and commission should be?
A rule of thumb is that out of home sales commissions should run 10-20% of collections. Pay on collections, not on contract revenues in order to encourage your sales reps to get good accounts.
