Here’s a listing of who makes what at the three largest US Public Out of Home companies, sponsored and analyzed by SignValue.

Scott Wells is the highest paid exec in the industry.  His huge 2024 pay increase came at a time that the stock skidded.  He also works at a company which has smaller revenues and half the market cap of Lamar.  Clear Channel Outdoor General Counsel Lynn Feldman also saw a huge pay increase.

Lamar’s Sean Reilly and Jay Johnson saw large pay increases.  We think they should, hands down, be the highest paid execs in out of home.  Their company is worth more than twice as much as OUTFRONT or Clear Channel Outdoor due in part to their management decisions.   They have also achieved the highest stock returns for the past 5 and 10 years.

Jeremy Male’s pay recovered at the same time that OUTFRONT’s stock rebounded.

The pay ratios (ratio of the CEO’s salary to the median employee salary) at the three public out of home companies are well below the average pay ratio for the S&P 500.
