Last week Billboard Insider posted US billboard market share figures. Here are market share figures for the entire US out of home industry (e.g. billboards, place based, transit/airport, street furniture) based on the first 9 months of 2021. The independent out of home companies account for 38% of the market, followed by Lamar (26%), OUTFRONT (20%) and Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (16%) and Link Media (0.4%).
Lamar and Clear Channel Outdoor Americas have a slightly smaller share of the total US out of home market than the US billboard market as you can see below.
