Verde Outdoor Capital ended the year with a total portfolio commitment of $107,700,000. We have provided capital to clients with billboards across the U.S., including California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Nevada. Our clients boast spectaculars in Times Square and along Hollywood’s famous Sunset Strip. We’ve also served out-of-home (OOH) operators in three Canadian provinces: Ontario, Nova Scotia and Quebec.

In looking ahead to 2023, we foresee interest rates peaking in the first quarter and holding steady until the end of the year when we could see a possible decrease. Capital growth is available to billboard companies in 2023, however the borrowing costs are likely to remain elevated throughout the year. Currently, Verde Outdoor Capital is not anticipating any changes to its lending parameters and will continue to have capital readily available in the OOH space.

Verde Outdoor Capital offers loans in the amount of $1 million to $50 million and, because of a small loan approval committee, we’re able to deliver quick loan approvals. Within 24 to 48 hours of initial contact, we provide a detailed term sheet to clients. Once we receive a complete loan package, we typically have a commitment letter in one to two weeks and close within 30 to 45 days.
