Vehicle miles travelled improved by 0.7% to 275.5 billion miles during the month of March 2024 according to the FHWA March 2024 Travel Volume Trends. Here’s the data.

The South Atlantic states were the only part of the United States to see a traffic decline.  Here’s a chart showing how travel volumes performed during March 2024 in different parts of the United States.
