CNBC writes that a 46 story billboard is going up at the corner of 47th street at Broadway and 7th Avenue.  The billboard will be incorporated into a building which replaces the soon to be demolished Double Tree Hilton Hotel.  The digital billboards are part of a $2.5 billion redevelopment project which L&L Holding is spearheading.  Here are a couple pictures of what the building will look like when it’s complete and a link to the TSX Broadway project website.
