Stonington, CT to review Zoning Code

screen-shot-2016-09-14-at-1-28-49-pmThe Westerly Sun reports that the town of Stonington, CT is doing a comprehensive review of the town’s 50 year old 250 page zoning code.

One of the issues which will be addressed is whether to allow digital signs.  A group of fuel dealers in town are unhappy because they’ve been told that they lighted digital signs are not allowed under the town’s current code.

Review and approval of the new code is expected to take months.
