Know your opponent.  Here are Scenic America’s financials for the last four fiscal years ended March 31, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

• Revenues increased 4% to $2.1 million during fiscal 2025 (12 monthed ended March 31, 2025).
• Expenses increased 4% to $1.4 million during fiscal 2025.
• Scenic generated a funds surplus (revenues less expenses) of $708,811 during fiscal 2025.
• Scenic America President Mark Falzone received compensation of $425,795 during fiscal 2025.  That equates to 52% of Scenic’s salaries and benefits and 30% of Scenic’s total expenses.
• Cash and securities has been growing and is now in excess of $2.3 million.

Billboard Insider’s take:  Don’t take Scenic America for granted.  $2.3 million is quite a warchest.  It can finance a lot of lawsuits.
