Know your opponent.  Here’s Scenic America’s budget for the last three fiscal years (ended March 31, 2022, 2023 and 2024).

• Revenues increased by 58% during 2024 due to the receipt of a gift of $1.1 million in public securities.
• Expenses increased 2% to $774,998.
• Cash balances increased from $514,309 in 2023 to $1.3 million in 2024 due to the large gift.
• Scenic President Mark Falzone has a good gig.  His compensation of $402,275 accounts for 30% of Scenic’s expenses and half of Scenic’s payroll.

Billboard Insider’s take:  Don’t take Scenic for granted.  Scenic has cash and investments of $1.2 million at March 2024.  That’s quite a war chest.  It can finance a lot of lawsuits.
