Howdy from Houston, where the IBO Spring Conference will be held on April 18 through 21! Yes, once again, Chris Cowlbeck, Becky Smith, and the entire crew at IBO have done a great job, this time in planning a fun and informative conference at the beautiful Omni Hotel in the exciting Galleria area of town.

The fun starts Tuesday morning with a golf tournament at historic Herman Golf Course. Afterward, we at Rothfelder & Falick are proud to sponsor a hearty Texas barbecue and beer dinner Tuesday from 6PM to 9PM at the Southside Place Clubhouse at 3743 Garnet Street. Mike, Chris, and I are really looking forward to greeting and hosting this kick-off event, and hope to see you there!

The Wednesday and Thursday sessions are packed full as usual with great speakers are a variety of interesting topics. Each evening promises good food and great networking, at the Saint Arnold Brewery Wednesday and the Pinstripes Bowling Thursday.

At 2:20 on Thursday, right before the sessions close and the bar opens, Chris, Mike, and I will present “Rothfelder & Falick’s Top Ten Tips for Starting, Running, Growing and Selling a Successful OOH Company.” We expect this to be an interactive and practical discussion, so bring your questions and get some free legal advice. Oh, and feel free to grab a beer from the Vendor’s Hall and bring it back to our presentation while you participate.
