Regulatory Roundup November 1, 2019

Site of proposed Catalyst Outdoor monument sign.

The Tredyffrin Township Zoning Hearing Board rejected Catalyst Outdoor’s appeal of a decision rejecting a permit for a monument sign at the site of the Clockworks building at Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) and Route 252 in Tredyffrin, Pennsylvania.  As part of the project the Clockworks building would have been torn down.  The building is currently empty.

Adams has proposed a 12 by 25′ digital billboard on Bees Ferry Road in West Ashley, North Carolina.  Neighborhood groups are complaining the digital sign will distract drivers and is too close to residential areas.  There will be a hearing in the Charleston county council chambers at 6:30pm on Tuesday November 12.
