There are competing bills in the California legislature to ban cannabis billboard advertising on California state highways or freeways.  See Billboard Ban is the latest marketing hurdle for California cannabis firms.

Looks to Insider like the Arizona legislature adjourned  without passing HB 2809 which would have prohibited cannabis advertising within 1 mile of any K-12 school.

A Larimer County District Court rejected a City of Fort Collins protest of a Larimer County board of commissioners vote to approve a Street Media Group electronic billboard.  Street Media agreed to remove 5 older signs in the area in exchange for the permit for the new digital.

Insider’s take:  We can just imagine what Fort Collins response would be if Larimer County started meddling in its decisions.  Mind your own business Fort Collins.
