Rate This Ad allows a billboard designer to rate a random piece of billboard artwork using the following scale: 1 (not good), 2 (below average), 3 (average), 4 (very good), 5 (great). Then the designer talks about what they may have done differently for outdoor advertising. Inhaus Kitchen and Bath
Rating: 3 (Average)
- The ad pictured here does the job of conveying information about the advertiser to the target audience, but only if they look at it.
- There is not much here to grab the target audience by the retinas and make them look.
- The ad feels more like a giant business card than a billboard. The name, full address, and phone number arrangement contributes to that. The lack of a call to action does, too.
- Overall, the ad does not maximize the advantages of our medium. For those reasons, the board gets a 3 (average).
