Last month Trailhead Media purchased 18 total billboard faces including 12 digital billboard faces from Billboards for Education, a Tennessee out of home operator owned by Matt Richman. The acquisitions gives Trailhead approximately 3,306 total faces including 236 digital faces. Billboard Insider talked to Trailhead CEO Randy Otto about the transaction.
Randy what made the billboards attractive to Trailhead.
Matt built a great plant in Tennessee and northern Georgia including some nice digital billboards. The acquisition is a perfect tuck-in to our existing inventory in those markets.
Where would you like to keep growing?
We are seeking acquisition opportunities that are adjoining our existing outdoor inventory in Georgia, Alabama, northwest Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.
