August 31, 2022. Dallas, TX – DTO Advertising (“DTO”) announced today the sale of its out of home advertising displays and easements in East Texas to Primary Media Outdoor Advertising (“Primary”).
DTO is a leading operator of traditional out of home displays in East Texas, serving markets including Jacksonville, Palestine, Gilmer and Whitehouse. “This is a rare portfolio of signs that feature easements beneath every location. We are excited to add these premier Texas assets,” says Josh Feferman, CEO of Primary Media.
Drachman M&A Co. advised DTO on the transaction. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We have a great footprint in North Texas and are very bullish on the region. We are excited to add these high-margin assets in East Texas and expand our coverage in other key areas of the great state of Texas.”
