Plainview Outdoor Honors 98 Fallen Heroes

Chattanooga, Tenn. — Over Memorial Day weekend, Plainview Outdoor will use their digital billboards to display the names of 98 Chattanooga service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the United States. The Chattanooga-based company is using the campaign to remember the true reason behind Memorial Day—honoring those who lost their lives in service to their country. “Plainview is both humbled and honored to be able to feature the service men and women who have given everything for our country on our digital billboards in Chattanooga this year,” said Plainview Outdoor Advertising COO Josh Plain. The service members’ names were obtained from online veteran databases. Of the 98, 87 of the service members lost their lives while serving in Vietnam. The billboards also honor service members who lost their lives in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom and the 2015 terrorist attack on Chattanooga military facilities. The memorial billboards will run Friday, May 23 through Memorial Day.
