Marci Werlinich Departing OAAA

Marci Werlinich is departing as EVP-Operations at OAAA after a 39 year career of tireless-behind-the-scenes work to make the organization run smoothly.  She will be missed. SVP Marketing and Analytics Steve Nicklin is now the oldest tenured OAAA Exec at 11 years.  Here’s the announcement.

Marci Werlinich, EVP Operations, OAAA

As we embark on an exciting new chapter at OAAA, we want to take a moment to reflect on the recent leadership transition within our organization. This month, OAAA Veteran and Executive Vice President of Operations Marci Werlinich will be departing after an incredible tenure of service to the organization. Marci has spent her entire professional career serving OAAA and its members, initially as a receptionist and then in a number of key roles as she rose through the ranks into her ultimate role as EVP of Operations. In 2011, Marci was elected to the OAAA Hall of Fame.

Over the years, Marci has been a cornerstone of our leadership team. Her dedication, vision, and commitment have profoundly impacted our organization, and we are thankful for the legacy she leaves behind. As we say goodbye, we wish her all the best in future endeavors and know that she will excel in whatever comes next.

This month, we are also pleased to formally welcome Patrick Dolan as our Chief Operating Officer, who has already begun making significant contributions to our team and who has been working closely with Marci to ensure a seamless transition.

We are committed to maintaining the momentum built under Marci’s leadership while embracing the fresh perspectives that Patrick brings.

As we move forward, we invite everyone at OAAA to join us in supporting both our new COO and celebrating the remarkable contributions of our departing executive. Together, we will continue to drive innovation, enhance our services, and achieve great things as a united team and industry
