A Bonita Springs, Florida man rented 7 billboard faces from Carter Outdoor to celebrate his 25th anniversary.

Billboard Insider hears that Lamar Advertising Fort Myers was involved.  Lamar designed the creative for Mitch Gilbert and had 3 of the units in the initial campaign.
