Link Media is pleased to announce that Seth Garrett has been promoted to Director of Real Estate, responsible for oversight of Link’s Corporate Real Estate functions. Seth joined Link in 2017 as Real Estate Manager, and has been instrumental in the development of programs, policies and procedures as the Company has grown organically and through acquisitions. Seth began his career in outdoor advertising as Real Estate Manager for Fairway Outdoor. Prior to that he worked in commercial real estate for 10 years. Seth holds a degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. Everyone at Link is excited about the future of our Real Estate efforts across all of our markets under Seth’s leadership.

Link Media is also pleased to announce that Robin Karp has joined the Company as Director of Human Resources. Robin has over 15 years’ human resources experience in employment, personnel, labor laws and regulatory compliance.  Her most recent experience was in the assisted living area where she was Director of Human Resources and General Counsel. Robin is a licensed attorney with a JD degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta. Link has no doubt that she will not only be a great fit in the Atlanta team but a great help to Link as a whole.
