Lindmark Outdoor Media continues to add structures to their operations.  Insider got the details of their latest acquisition from CEO, Trent Lindmark.

So Trent, tell us about your latest acquisition?
Our latest acquisition is a company in Arkansas that fits into the footprint we gained when we completed our purchase of Fairway’s SW Division. Including this latest acquisition, we now have a total of 5,414 faces.

With this purchase, what are the total details on your structures and faces in Arkansas?

We now have 558 faces across Arkansas, from Mountain Home in the north to Springhill in the south, from DeQueen in the west to Helena in the east. We have full coverage across the entire state. We’ll be looking to add even more faces over the coming months and years through organic growth and additional acquisitions.

How many states do you own and operate structures?

We own and operate structures in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.

Does the current economic climate change your strategy at all moving forward?

We’re currently focused on improving the inventory we have, as well as closing some sensible bolt-on acquisitions. We’re also mindful of conserving our cash so that when the industry as a whole emerges from the current economic downturn we’ll be in a strong buying position to add even more faces and coverage through our acquisitions program. We’re always interested in acquisitions that allow us to better serve our advertisers by providing more coverage in our existing markets, or even outside them given the right circumstances.
