Leslie Outdoor Sells Digital Signs to Outfront

Outfront Media has acquired select I-20 digital billboards in Atlanta Outdoor from Leslie Outdoor. 

Outfront enhances digital coverage along a growing section of interstate highway.

The sale allows Leslie Outdoor to focus better on its primary market in the middle Georgia area.

Williamson and Associates brokered the sale.

Leslie Outdoor’s owner John Leslie tells Insider this about the transaction: “We are very happy with our sale to Outfront.  We have been in the outdoor business since 1994, I have bought and sold several markets over the years.  I was very interested in the Atlanta market and the Digital Billboards.  So I started looking and found several locations I was interested in.  It took two years to get these two locations permitted and built.  It was always my intention to get them built and sold. I will continue to look for new locations and build in Atlanta. In the mean time we have ten digital billboards in the middle Ga. area to keep us busy. I want to send a shout out to our broker Marty Williamson, he made contact with all the big outdoor companies and we had several offers and sold in a very short period of time.”
