On November 21, 2024 ICT Media Group, LLC. divested its Wichita, Kansas assets to Legacy Outdoor Advertising.  The Seller, ICT Media Group, is a Kansas-based company headed by Matt Vos.  The Buyer, Legacy Outdoor Advertising, is a Wyoming-based company headed by Chris Hilliard. Legacy also owns and manages assets in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri,Nebraska, and South Dakota.  Kalil & Co. was the Exclusive Broker for this transaction.  Billboard Insider talked with Chris Hilliard about the transaction

Chris how did the deal come together?

“Legacy Outdoor is always looking for ways to both grow as a company and to offer additional, new opportunities for our advertisers.  Kalil presented the locations to us, and we knew instantly that it would fit our Kansas plant quite well. Allowing us to add the Wichita market and digital faces at the same time was a win for both Legacy Outdoor and our clients. With a strong growth mindset, last year I think we made 14 acquisitions and this year I think we are on track for 8 or so… “
