Landmark Infrastructure Partners released financials for the 6 months ended June 2016. Here are the highlights:
- Landmark bought no new outdoor advertising easements or leases during the first 6 months of 2016 after buying 211 outdoor advertising leases and easements during 2015.
- Landmark had a $59 million investment in outdoor assets at June 30, 2016.
- Outdoor revenues were $1.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2016 which accounts for 15% or one-sixth of Landmark’s quarterly revenues of $7.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2016.
- On August 1, 2016, subsequent to quarter end, Landmark purchased an additional 4 outdoor advertising leases/easements.
Insider’s take: Landmark’s outdoor acquisitions have slowed dramatically. Perhaps outdoor operator opposition is making a difference.
