Indiana judge Charlie “Bullfrog” McIntyre has ordered a County Planning Official to personally erect a billboard after wrongfully denying a billboard permit.  “I’m fed up with local planning officials exercising unbridled personal discretion to deny valid permits,” said Judge McIntyre.

When the county’s attorney objected that his client didn’t know how to operate construction equipment the Judge told him “to put on a blue t-shirt and buy some boots and figure it out.”  Insider took pictures of the work in progress.
