JC Decaux Helps Cafes Joyeux

A feel good story for Monday.  Yesterday Billboard Insider read that Cafes Joyeux, a  French cafe chain which hires people with mental disabilities and autism, is opening a branch in New York City in 2023.  The chain was started by a couple of entrepreneurs who were approached one day by a young person with a mental disability who asked “Do you have a job for me?”  Insider noticed this sentence:  “…the brand diversified, roasting coffee and multiplying their products, with the support of free publicity campaigns by JC Decaux, the largest outdoor advertising corporation in the world.”

Kudos to JC Decaux for helping Cafes Joyeux and its employees to flourish.
