How Fast Can a Digital Billboard Ramp Up?

Earlier this month Billboard Insider wrote that it takes four months for a new digital billboard to get to full occupancy of 80%.  A reader suggested that it may take more than a year to reach full occupancy and that full occupancy of 80% is too high for digital billboards because they rely on short term contracts.  What do you think?  Take our readers poll below or email davewestburg@billboardinsider.com and we’ll run a followup post.
