(Chicago, Ill. – June 14, 2022) Heritage Outdoor Media, a New York City-based out-of-home media company, today announced the acquisition of a spectacular wallscape located on Lincoln Avenue in the historic neighborhood of Lincoln Park, Chicago. This is the second transaction completed between Heritage and M&M Outdoor of Chicago in the past 2 years. The deal continues Heritage’s growth in Chicago and enhances the firm’s presence in the market.
Lincoln Park is known for being one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Chicago and is home to DePaul University. Lincoln Park offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants, including Alinea, Chicago’s only restaurant to obtain 3 Michelin stars.
