Greg Callaham Wins Design Award for Fluhman Outdoor Ads

Chattanooga, TN – Greg Callaham Graphic Design has received national recognition for creative excellence in advertising design. Callaham captured four American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, a nationwide trade publication, for his work on behalf of Fluhman Outdoor Media and Motion Media. This is the thirteenth consecutive year Callaham has earned the prestigious awards.
The three billboard designs for Fluhman Outdoor Media to win awards are for ABC Bank, Cargill Friona, and the White Deer Rodeo. The ABC Bank ad features a banker and farmer shaking hands as the sun sets and a tractor continues to till the soil in the background. The Cargill Friona ad presents the viewer with an aerial photo of the Cargill plant during twilight. A dry brush silhouette of a cowboy astride a bucking bull highlights the White Deer Rodeo advertisement along with the logos of country music entertainers present at the event.
Tycoga Vineyard is the winning entry on behalf of Motion Media. The ad includes three distinct bottles from different product lines set against a background photo of a beautiful vineyard.

For 58 years the American Graphic Design Awards, through the editors of Graphic Design USA, has honored the outstanding work of creative professionals in the graphic arts community. To win an American Graphic Design Award means the entry is recognized as some of the best and brightest among thousands of entries from graphic design firms, advertising agencies, in-house corporate and institutional designers, publishers and other media across the United States, in over 20 categories from print and packaging to internet and interactive design. Of approximately 10,000 entries, only a highly selective 10% receive recognition for creative excellence.
