Getting your website contact page right.

It crucial to have a good contacts page on your website.  The contacts page should tell clients who you are and make it easy for them to contact you.  Lakeland Outdoor’s contact page is a great example of what to do.

  • The page lists the name, picture, bio and some fun fact about key staff members.  This makes it easy for a potential client to know who to call.  The fun facts make employees accessible and can serve as icebreakers when clients call.

  • The google map shows exactly where the firm’s office is if you are a vendor or wish to drop off a check.

  • The page has clickable emails and phone numbers.   Clickable emails make it easy for a client to reach you.  Some out of home websites don’t contain emails in order to avoid spam.
