A new study has revealed that a majority of businesses are not properly documenting how their clients’ money is being spent. The study found that instead of providing evidence of how their money is being used, many businesses are simply providing proof that the work has been completed.

Businesses should instead focus on exhibiting their work and their clients’ successes. This could be done by displaying photos showcasing a billboard with the client’s art and the traffic that approaches it. “It’s important to demonstrate that the money being spent is being used wisely and effectively,” said Steve Lind of FotoFetch. “This is not just important to your client, but to your reputation as well.” Lind closed with this thought, “this is not just about providing proof that the work has been completed, but also about demonstrating that the money is being used in a way that is beneficial to everyone involved.”
