The market is choppier in some areas than others…$5-15 million deals are getting done. The Salter deal was quite a bit larger. We were above normal in 2021 and 2022 in terms of dealflow. 2023 is tracking below…Billboard cashflow is gross revenue minus lease, sales, permitting and property taxes…multiples were 8-10 times…in the last year that’s bumped to 10-12 times. I don’t think we’ve closed a deal this year for less than 10 times.
