Western Billboards (formerly Fluhman Outdoor) is a private company which was started in 2013 to operate a billboard plant in Texas. In 2024 the company sold 460 billboards in West Texas to focus on developing a billboard plant in Eastern New Mexico and along the Texas State line. Bruce Thomas is the company’s owner.
What’s new over the past year?
Since the sale of our West Texas billboard plant in early 2024, we have focused on increasing our presence in Eastern New Mexico, as well as select West Texas markets. The billboard company now operates under the trade name of Western Billboards (formerly Fluhman Outdoor Media). We now have almost 120 billboard faces, and have a number of new locations under development on both sides of the Texas/New Mexico border.
Do you have any digitals?
All of our billboards are static, though we would consider building digitals if the location and market warrants.
