Triad Outdoor is a family owned and operated Outdoor Advertising company based in Greensboro North Carolina providing coverage in eight Central North Carolina counties known as the Piedmont-Triad area of NC.  Insider talked with Jim Bryant’s son John Bryant, the firm’s General Manager.

How did Triad get into the out of home business?

Triad was established in 1965 by James Bryant as Triad Investment Company as a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development Firm.  The company diversified into Outdoor Advertising.

Tell us about your plant?

Triad operates a commercial real estate brokerage firm  as well as a 76 face bulletin plant  located on Interstates 85 & 40 through Burlington & Greensboro , Interstate 77 North of Charlotte and into Statesville, Interstates 73 & 74 near Candor and other locations in Salisbury, and Lexington on Interstates 85 & 285.   The first billboard was installed in 1972.  Our first digital billboard is under development.

Your partnership with IBOUSA has helped you win some national business.

The IBOUSA Co-op has been instrumental in helping us to compete for National Advertising OOH Campaigns. Without their help, it would be very difficult for our small operation to have that access to those Campaigns. IBO has bridged the gap. Thank you IBO !   We feel very blessed to be where we are and thankful for the business relationships that we have developed over the years. We very optimistic about our future at Triad Outdoor Advertising.
