R&R Outdoor operates a billboard plant in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.  The plant includes static billboards, tri-visions and digital billboards.

R&R was formed in 1999 and is owned by Ruby Falls and Rock City, two or Chattanooga’s tourist attractions.  They are using the plant to promote themselves but also to give local businesses a chance to reach consumers.  Roy Davis is the company’s General Manager
