Robert, how has covid impacted your business?
Covid had a negligible impact on our business in 2020~~~although when the initial shut down started in NC around Mid March 2020 we had multiple conversations with long term customers to assure them we would work with them in this pandemic. The most adverse affected customers were offered free digital space. This was especially helpful to the food business as we were able to communicate that certain businesses were open with either drive thru or the national delivery services such as Door Dash or Uber Eats.
Do you use any of the automated sales platforms (adomni, adquick, blip or vistar media)?
While we are excited about the future of automated platforms we have not jumped into any arrangements with he aforementioned providers. I feel there are some opportunities for the OOH space to grab significant ad spend via these platforms. We are watching closely as each develops and are excited to jump in at the appropriate time. We have enjoyed a healthy relationship with DigitalOutdoorAdvertising.com. Christian Lanziano and Stephanie Assante have done a wonderful job of connecting IndependentOOH operators with regional and national brands.
What are some company goals for 2021.
Grow revenue 5-6%
Deploy more digital
Refresh and increase visibility of our personal brand.
Continue to provide high quality affordable bulletins to our customer base in North Carolina.
