Seattle is seeing higher levels of remote work and is slower to return to the office than many cities. Has this had any impact on your plant?
No significant impact. Traffic levels are still heavy and consistent in Seattle Metro where we have inventory, especially the areas around Tacoma to the south and the suburbs north in Snohomish County. Downtown is making a strong comeback as well and the streets are packed again with tourists which is good for all businesses, including ours.
What are some of your objectives for the coming year?
Grow revenue (of course), execute successful ad campaigns, go the extra mile for all of our clients, and keep our team stable, happy and motivated.
Is Pacific using any of the automated sales platforms? What’s been your experience?
Mixed bag so far. We have been working with several of the main players with some degree of success, but we are still learning and trying to find the best partners for how we operate.
