Orion Outdoor owns a 8 billboard structures and bus shelter outdoor advertising plant in Folsom and El Dorado Counties in California.  The firm’s CEO is Beau Palley.  Palley is a 25 year veteran of the outdoor business.   He originally entered the business in 1990 and built a plant which he sold to Lamar in July 2005.  In addition to running Orion Outdoor, Palley serves on the Board of J.O.B. Inc., a christian organization which mentors and trains young people recovering from prison or addiction.
